Allocate me is greyed out

Hi Guys

 

At the moment when i go into bank transactions the allocate me facility is greyed out so i cant match or categorise any transactions. My user level is owner so i assume thats not the issue. Can anyone help me on this annoying issue please?

    Hi nicole_9,

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    It's a bit odd that the "allocate me" tab, which is now called the categorise tab, is grayed out even though you have owner access. Are the "match transaction" and "transfer money" tabs also grayed out? If they are, try clearing your browser cache first to see if that helps. Also, make sure that the bank transaction is linked to the correct account.  

     

    If the issue continues after these steps, you should reach out to our support team for more help by creating a support ticket via MyAccount or connecting with our live chat agents through our virtual assistant MOCA.
