It's a bit odd that the "allocate me" tab, which is now called the categorise tab, is grayed out even though you have owner access. Are the "match transaction" and "transfer money" tabs also grayed out? If they are, try clearing your browser cache first to see if that helps. Also, make sure that the bank transaction is linked to the correct account.
