Superannuation Funds Greyed out

Hi, I am doing my first payroll payment using the new PaySuper. Prior to generating the Oct-Dec batch, and then hitting the fateful "record", I checked the funds list for compliance. All the pre-existing funds in my list have the tick-box "pay using paysuper" greyed out. See the example below. I can't edit. I have tried adding a duplicate fund, which looks great until I try to save, and then I get the message saying that a fund with that name already exists. So I tried deleting and re-entering . But that is not allowed either, as records exist!

What do I do?

  • Hi RosscoP,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I would try to create a new super card for the fund to ensure the current one has not become corrupt. To create the duplicate, you will first need to change the name of the current fund name to something else like AMP FLEXIBLE LIFETIME SUPER (OLD), for example.

Once the new super card has been created, ensure you have reassigned the relevant employees to the new super card and attempt the process again.

If the issue persists, can you please advise if that is the only fund included in the super payment batch? Or are there other employee contributions with different funds included in that batch?

Let me know how you go.
