Hi all.
We use Capricorn in our Mechanical business and have enough rewards points to be able to pay our entire November statement for all our suppliers BUT I am having trouble working out how to mark all these invoices as paid as we are not using an actual Bank account to pay it with. It is rewards points!
Any ideas ???

Great question, this one can really do your head in a bit. An easy way to handle it is to use a separate clearing account just for the Capricorn rewards, then tidy it up with a quick journal. That said, it’s still best to check in with your accountant so everything’s recorded and allocated correctly.
