I am down to the last 4 transactions to allocate for 3rd quarter Bas and one company I cannot get to accept an allocation. It just keeps coming up saying there is an error and I should refresh browser, Well I have done this at least 12 times and still nothing. Can anyone advise. Regards D Brown

You’re nearly there with your BAS, so let’s get this last transaction moving. Since refreshing hasn’t helped, open the affected bank transaction and check whether it’s already matched or allocated. If it is, choose Unmatch or Unallocate, save it, and then try allocating it again. If the error continues, make sure to reach out to our support team via Contact Us page so they can check what seems to be happening. You can also refer to Matching bank transactions to categories.
