Thanks Genreve.  I didn't call MYOB, I couldn't get through to anyone so I'm not sure why it shows a call was logged?  I have been corresponding via email only.  

 

Case number 03365945 is the current case i believe?.  MYOB said they closed the other case. 

I will reply again to their email
