Bank Feed not updating regularly
I have looked at the forums and most responses tell you to "check you bank" or "make sure bank feeds are setup correctly"
Bank feeds are setup, but frequently transactions that I can see in the Bank App do not update in the Bank feed.
Right now I have two customers complaining that they received "Overdue Invoice" emails, despite them paying the invoices. The Bank feed does not show any transactions since last Thursday (and today is MONDAY).
I am being billed for a product that does not work (MYOB) - how do I fix this and / or how do I get refunded for a non functioning product ?
