Employee bank account not updated on ABA
Hi,
I have an employee who has changed their bank account, I have changed this on their card, but when exporting the payrun through bankfile/ABA, the bank still pays the into the old account.
Any advice?

You'll need to reverse and then reprocess the pay run for the employee since the old bank account is still showing on the ABA file. To resolve this, here’s how you can:
- Reverse the Pay Run: Go to the pay run that included the incorrect bank account details and reverse it.
- Reprocess the Pay Run: Since the bank details are already updated, reprocess the pay run. This will generate a new ABA file with the correct bank account information.
