Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear your bank feeds haven’t updated since 21 May.
I’ve checked for any bank feed delays and couldn’t see any delay posted for 21 May. I also found an internal note from 20 May confirming the delays channel had already been checked and that there was no delay recorded at the time. As this is affecting more than one bank feed, our support team will need to take a closer look.
You can reach out to our support team by creating a ticket in My Account or chatting with MOCA, our virtual assistant, so they can check the status of the affected feeds and help further.
