bank feeds allocating and in-tray

Came into work on a Saturday to catch up and MYOB will not allow any thing in unallocated to match up....can't allocate....can't connect to intray!!!  NOT HAPPY!!!  I need this working so I can catch...

Same as the above, very frustrating. Refreshed emptied cache etc etc etc
