I was able to get around it by going incognito for 30 minutes, but now it won't let me do anything with bank transactions or uploads in either screen; is this still affecting everyone else?

This appears to be a MYOB system issue affecting Bank Feeds and In Tray. Clear cache or use incognito for temporary access, but contact MYOB support for urgent resolution and use the desktop version if it works as a workaround.

We been asking for help for last eight hours now. Contact via help myob practise, it myob system error. No Clear cache, we all tried that issue before. I have open at less 10 files, same issue. Hoping tomorrow wake up and issue will be fixed, not working. BAS TIME!!! = $$$$ All files are online

Is anyone's program working now? I've just logged back in and same problem as yesterday. Have to love monthly invoice from MYOB was emailed to me last night.

Same here, this has been frustrating, as the issue has been ongoing since yesterday afternoon. Given it’s month-end, I initially thought it was a local compute issue. We need MYOB’s urgent attention to resolve the “unable to allocate/match transactions” issue as soon as possible.
