Came into work on a Saturday to catch up and MYOB will not allow any thing in unallocated to match up....can't allocate....can't connect to intray!!! NOT HAPPY!!! I need this working so I can catch up on a weekend!!!

Makes you wonder if you should be changing programs.
Any idea if MYOB are even aware, still not able to allocate transactions.....support from MYOB is not great, lots of business people do accounts over a weekend!!

A basic function could not match bank feeds. This has interfered with my getting the wages completed by the 31 Jan 26, a program that is making my job difficult and to stay compliant with the Tax office.
Could not work yesterday and the problem is still there....fix it MYOB this is rediculous the program is not working. It is imposible to get in touch with you??????

Same here, this has been frustrating, as the issue has been ongoing since yesterday afternoon. Given it’s month-end, I initially thought it was a local compute issue. We need MYOB’s urgent attention to resolve the “unable to allocate/match transactions” issue as soon as possible.
Is anyone's program working now? I've just logged back in and same problem as yesterday. Have to love monthly invoice from MYOB was emailed to me last night.
