Bank Feeds
Once again there is a need to bring to your attention that ANZ (NZ) bank feeds are not being processed

We are sorry to hear about your experience on your bank feeds. In this matter, if you are expecting to see a transaction in your bank feeds that has not come through we do recommend checking your Internet Banking/bank statements to see if the transaction is listed. If that transaction is not listed, then do speak to the bank.
If that transaction is listed and has not come through to your company file getting the following screenshots would be required. To better assist you and address your concerns, we will be reaching out to you via private message. We'll gather some necessary information to investigate the issue further. Kindly check your inbox.

The system synced with the bank overnight so it has resolved itself
I sense that MYOB were still on holiday time when others where working
