I have linked a new bank account and it is telling me it is active. "Bank feed is active. There’s no transactions in MYOB yet as a deposit or withdrawal hasn’t been made since the bank feed was activated." Yet amounts are coming in but I can't match them off.
When I go into the account it is still read the following "Your subscription allows connection to this bank account. Have transactions automatically flow into MYOB and save time importing when you"

That does sound a bit weird, especially when you mentioned there are no transactions yet but you can see amounts coming in. In this case, the best move is to reach out to our team so they can check what’s driving those entries, and see if any unnecessary transactions can be safely deleted or cleaned up behind the scenes.
