Bank Reconcile with Web Browser

Not sure if this is the right thread to jump on but I've just started to look at using my AR via app/browser on the IPad for convenience and the bank transactions are not up to date, they stop mid January. This is when i ditched using bank feeds as I found it unhelpful and it was always unbalanced. Is this the reason the bank in the browser version is not up to date?

Thanks for your post. Are you able to provide a screenshot of how they appear in AccountRight and how they appear in the browser so I can take a look into this for you. 

thanks, i have attached a word doc with both screenshots, my bank register is up to date on AR. as you can see there's nothing on AR in the browser. cheers

Thanks for the screenshots. The bank transactions window in the browser lists the bank and credit card transactions that have been bought into MYOB via bank feeds or importing a bank statement. Can you please confirm if you're using Bank feeds in your file or importing bank statements ? 

Oh ok, well I stopped using bank feeds mid January as I found it too laborious and I didn't know how to make it balance, upon reading threads it seemed like a nuisance so I ditched using them. Maybe I should begin to import statements..? Or go back to using bank feeds-what's the better option?
