Bank Reconciliation Scrolling

Hello

This Month i have noticed the bank reconciliation window has changed. As i have hundreds of transactions in any 1 account, when I scroll to the end date and check the box the window SCROLLS BACK TO THE TOP and it is VERY VERY annoying! I then have to scroll all the way BACK to the bottom to keep reconciling EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Why has this been changed? you used to scroll, match you transaction, tick the box scroll etc. This is very frustrating and has the potential for transactions to be missed, takes 5 times as long to reconcile bank accounts. Change it back!

    Hi denise07051951​ , I (MYOB) have responded on this thread here
    We are hoping to have this fixed asap, but I would hate to promise a date that we cannot deliver on
     I'm sure that would be even more frustrating to expect a fix by a certain date and then have the issue persist.
    At this stage, we are saying Mid-March for it to be resolved, but I certainly hope to be able to share good news here if we can get it resolved ahead of schedule. Regards, Mike

    OH NO YOU DIDN'T! oh my that's terrible- wow- if they were already reconciled you could just click the top button that selects all of the transactions, that should work. :) I hope so anyway... good luck.

    Hi SpectrumPty​ , we certainly hope to be able to release a fix earlier than this. There are a lot of variables behind it though and I would hate to promise a timeframe that we cannot deliver on. I will update on this thread once I can confirm that this has been fixed

  • Bula. I am also facing the same issue. hundreds of transaction to reconcile and each click reset screen to top of the selected transaction. Hopefully MYOB test the system before upgrades are released.

     

  • The old Classic versions (which I still use) allows for running the mouse down and ticking off (presenting) a group of transaction all at once - so efficient and speedy. Pity this seems to be too difficult to programme in the online or current desktop versions. It only allows for all or nothing now and this new glitch is incredibly time consuming and frustrating.
