Bank Transactions not matched

Last week I suddenly was directed from my computer-based program to the online version I contacted help and no answer was supplied why this happened, so now I have to use the browser version which is a lot different to the computer-based one I have been using for years. My question and help needed is I now have over 100 Bank transactions listed as not matched, how can this be as they all were on the computer-based system. As I am unable to go back to that system is there a workaround?

Will this fact affect my GST if I just leave the non-current ones not matched?

Yes, seems like Xero but with a lot more glitches.

Thanks for that it seems that I will have to re-match the ones for the GST period that I am reporting for and leave the rest. Not very good, will have to check the accounts they will refer to as well, so a lot of extra unnecessary work created for me and a lot of other users when the forced change comes!

There's no option in the web browser version to "hide" transactions as there is in the desktop bankfeeds.  All you can do is change the date range you are working with to be from when you know you last reconciled, and the unmatched stuff will not be displayed.  You shouldn't need to reconcile it again.  Try pulling a GST report and checking that your "unmatched" transactions are actually on there.

This forced movement to the browser is very annoying, it quite often lacks some basic functionality.  Sometimes feels like the browser is being designed by people who don't actually use the software on a daily basis.  All the features you don't want and none of the stuff that you need.

You are account right and they are deleting account right sitting on your computers to force you to use their web based setup and all your data now sits in their web base.
