Those first few weeks after switching can definitely be a bit confusing.
If these transactions have already been included in a previous reconciliation, or are already ticked in the Reconcile accounts window, they won’t appear as possible matches in Bank transactions.
I’d recommend checking the Reconcile accounts window first to make sure the transactions you’re trying to match haven’t already been reconciled.
If they haven’t, the wage payment should appear as a possible match in Bank transactions. For the super payment, also check that it was recorded in Payroll > Super payments.
If it still doesn't appear after checking that, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can investigate further what's causing the transaction not to appear. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting to our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant
