Cannot import bank statement since upgrade

Hi   Since we upgraded to the new platform I cannot manually import bank statements.   I hit the import button and the screen just hangs.   Any help appreciated.   thanks

Thanks for your post. I'd suggest clearing your browser cache and trying again, if that doesn't work can you try via a different browser. 

 

This Help Article also has information on importing statements.

Thanks Melisa.  I have tried both options and unfortuntely neither has helped.     This is rally frustrating having no bankng data for a month.  Im not sure what else I can do

    Hi MDL, 

     

    Is the bank statement a .QIF or .OFX file ? Also, can you please check to see that the bank statement is less than 10mb as it cannot be bigger than this requirement.
