Cannot import bank statement since upgrade

Hi   Since we upgraded to the new platform I cannot manually import bank statements.   I hit the import button and the screen just hangs.   Any help appreciated.   thanks

Thanks Melisa.  I have tried both options and unfortuntely neither has helped.     This is rally frustrating having no bankng data for a month.  Im not sure what else I can do

Hi MDL, 

 

Is the bank statement a .QIF or .OFX file ? Also, can you please check to see that the bank statement is less than 10mb as it cannot be bigger than this requirement.
