Hi there BoydatPA,
It's not possible to allocate a job directly to a bank feed transaction in MYOB Business because jobs are connected to line items inside the transaction, not directly to the transaction itself. You can set up bank rules for transactions that can be consistently categorized, but for those that cannot be handled by rules, you will need to manually allocate jobs after the transactions are imported. If you need more clarification about this, please reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

Shella
Thanks, but GL accounts are also connected to line items inside the transaction and that doesn't seem to be a problem. Its a retrograde step for MYOB unfortunately. Its handled nicely in AccountRight (by flicking to a Spend Money page) and now that its shifted to Business it has lost an important feature. MYOB needs to do better. I also work with Xero and unfortunately I see constant reminders of why there's a widening gap between the two.
