Dashboard showing unallocated transactions which are not there

Hi All,

 

My problem is on the dashboard bank accounts are showing 110 unallocated transactions as shown below

Once I click on it, it is showing the unallocated transactions with an error which says "Billing is inactive. Please re-activate or cancel bank feed". Example below

If I change the bank account from all to the Directors CC, there is nothing there.

I have had a few on line chats with MYOB where they have said it has been escalated.

I have not received any corospondance from MYOB and this has been going on since we migrated from Xero to MYOB In November 2022.

 

Can someone please help?
