Thanks for your post and welcome here to the Community Forum. We thank you for your efforts in notifying us about your concern. We apologize that you are having issues with the bank reconciliation because you do not have a provision for last year's reconciliation. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
In this matter, could you please confirm when you started your business? and do you have transactions from your business last year?
If you do not have a bank reconciliation last year, you may just reconcile with the current year. You may also check this Help Article Reconciling your bank accounts for more information about this.

I started MYOB decades ago and had no trouble with doing a Bank Reconciliation last year. This year I cant find a reconciliation option. I do not get direct bank feeds and the only information I can find seems to refer to online bank feeds.

Thank you for providing more information about your concern. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we value your understanding on this matter.
For the reconciliation option and direct bank feeds, you may go to the Banking tab, and you will see this option labeled as Reconcile accounts and Manage bank feeds. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
If this does not help, could you please provide me with a screenshot of your Banking tab options? Please hide/remove any sensitive employee/business details from screenshots posted publicly.

LenethThanks Leneth, Im on the right track now. Found Reconciliation function . Havent set up Bank feeds but will look into it as soon as I get my tax return done, Cheers , John
