How to delete payment

I need INV-5101 deleted. MYOB says “You can't delete a sale with payments applied” because $56,350 is marked as paid. However, there is no payment visible in Record invoice payment, Find Transactions, or the invoice Activity/History. Please remove the payment application so I can delete INV-5101.
