How to fix 2 Transactions that won't accept an income category

Hello 

Looking for some help so I can get my BAS done - I have two bank transactions that will not accept any income category I try to assign.  I have tried changing the category, refreshing the browser, manually finding the category in the drop down menu - it always comes up with the same error - "There are one or more errors: Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser".  I just want to get these two transactions fixed so I can move on.  Its so hard to get help with MYOB these days, very frustrating!

    Hi KellieShift

     

    Thanks for troubleshooting the error beforehand. That message usually means something on the bank line itself is tripping things up, not the category.

    Quick things to try so you can tick off the BAS:

    1. Log out, open a private/incognito window (or a different browser), log back in, and try allocating those 2 again.
    2. If that fails, record them as a Receive money transaction using the right income category and a simple description, then go back to Bank transactions and match the bank lines to those new transactions instead of allocating directly.

    If it still errors after that, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can have a deeper look. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or by connecting with the live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
