Missing electronic payment
One of my customers has paid for an invoice on 18th March 2024 using the PayNow fuction. MYOB has triggered a receipt to acknowledge the payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to see this transaction ...

Thanks for your reply. Perhaps my original message was not cleared. One of our customers has made a payment by clicking Pay Now on the electronic invoice. According to his bank statement, the payment was successful, but it is not showing up in the Bank Transactions.
This customer has made 2 payments, only this was not reflected in MYOB. Do you have other insight to this please?

Hi Earl,
Please see below for the information required. I have attached a screenshot of the invoices which were sent to this customer. We have received the payment one of the invoices successful. Customer was able to show proof that this payment has been deducted from his account.
