MYOB Business Lite bank feed not updating for 12 days

Hi All,

 

My Business Lite bak feeds for one of my accounts has not updated for 12 days. The bank is ANZ.

 

I have another account that is working fine for both of its bank feeds. Bank is also ANZ.

 

I've cleared the browser cache, logged out and back in, and even restarted the computer system. No joy.

 

I'm trying to update the file for my accountant.

    I understand how bank feeds are important to your workflow. Our virtual assistant, MOCA, is readily available on numerous support platforms including myob.com/support and myaccount.myob.com. Feel free to utilize MOCA for inquiries and assistance. If MOCA can't provide the help you need, you'll be seamlessly transferred to our live chat team. I highly suggest going through the MOCA as this needs a support representative to fix.
