NAB Credit Card bank feeds

hi 

has anyone experienced issues with nab credit card bank feeds where the bank balance never agrees and the dates being imported are all over the place sometimes a week out. i have a client who has a nab credit card where there is a main account and 2 cards attached to it and they can never get the bank balance to agree. when it was in accountright it was fine since moving over to myob business lite its been causing issues. need advise re this ? thanks

    That's odd, if it works on MYOB Business it should have worked on Accountright too.

    If this NAB credit card has one main account with two extra cards linked to it, the first thing I’d check is whether more than one bank feed has been connected for the same account. That can cause the balance in MYOB not to line up properly.

    A couple of things worth checking:

    • compare the imported feed transactions against the NAB statement and see if any items are duplicated or missing
    • check whether the bank feed has been set up for both the main account and one or more of the extra cards
    • if it has, keep only the feed that should stay connected going forward, as this can throw the balance out

    Since you’ve mentioned this was fine in AccountRight and only started after moving to MYOB Business Lite, it would also be worth having our support team check the bank feed setup on the file from our side.
