Online payments stuck verification bank accounts - for months - and money is missing

We enabled and went through the hoops to allow online payments. It appears to be enabled but MYOB haven't finished bank account verification But a customer was able to pay $2000.00 via the syst...

    The bank account had the bsb and the account number in the account field.
    Interestingly, that web based form doesn't allow that many numbers. So it was NOT a user input issue.
