Welcome to MYOB! The closing balance in a reconciliation includes all historical transactions on the account. Anything reconciled in Reckon also needs to be reconciled again in MYOB. To properly clear these, a future dated reconciliation is needed. This link includes the steps on how to do this, and once completed your ongoing bank recs should be much cleaner and easier to manage. If the issue with your bank rec still occurs, you can reach out to our team so they can check what seems to be happening.
