    Hey everyone,

     

    Sorry for the trouble you’ve been running into since the update. There was an issue earlier today affecting bank feed allocation that could be related to what you’re seeing, but this has already been resolved. It’s worth giving reconciliation another try now to see if things are working as expected. If the problem is still popping up in those files, you can reach out to our team and they can check what’s going on in more detail. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
