Thanks for explaining how the screen jumping back to the top is slowing things down when you’re reconciling lots of transactions. There haven’t been any reported issues with auto‑scrolling, but using the Not matched filter can help keep only the transactions that still need action in view. You can also reach out to our team and they can check why the bank transactions screen is scrolling automatically for you. It is not the bank transaction screen we are having a problem with - it is the bank reconcilation screen - when we need to manually check something off past the first page of the screen, MYOB immediately jumps back to the top and we have to scroll down pages to find the next transaction that needs fixing or checking. A complete time waster as there are very few transactions showing on each page

Thanks- I was wondering what Doreen_P was talking about- there's no filter like that on the rec page! It is such a waste of time and yes so frustrating....
