Hi Debrae0808 AND Earl_HD
You can access the transactions from the reports. This is how I carry out editing specific transactions that I have allocated to the wrong job or allocate a job to a transaction that I have not allocated a job to. To see the account balances containing transactions that have not been allocated a job, open up the report options and click 'Display Transactions Without Jobs'.
Run a Job Profit and Loss Comparison Report, if you have selected the option report to Display Transactions Without Jobs another column will be presented in the report for unallocated transactions.
Once the report has been displayed click on the account balance for the job in question. The transactions pop up will display and show only the transactions coded for that job. Clicking on the reference number opens the transaction which can be edited (of course you cannot job allocated to payroll entries).
The same process works for transactions with unallocated jobs.
thank you Trevor_Harrison its a workaround but timely and not what MYOB promised. I will keep your instructions to remember how to use until MYOB fixes.
Earl_HD can you please ask about an ETA for Jobs to be included in Find Transactions the same as AccountRight and as I was promised please.
