Thanks for your detailed input. It’s unusual for a previously reconciled transaction to reappear in the Reconcile Accounts window, as this usually means something on the transaction has changed — for example, the date, amount, account, or transaction type. Since you’ve confirmed that no changes were made, I’d recommend getting in touch with our back-end team so they can investigate this further for you.
