removing unallocated bank feed transactions in MYOB Business Lite

how do I delete/remove unallocated bank feed transactions in MYOB Business Lite? These transactions have already been entered manually and reconciled so I need to remove them from the bank feed

Thank you for your post. May I extend a warm welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

At the moment, there is no option to hide bank feed transactions in MYOB Business. That said, our team can remove the specific date range of transactions from your file. If you wish to proceed with that, kindly send me the following details through private message:

Serial Number
Account Name (Company Name)
Your full name and email address
Date Range of Bank Feed Transactions
Bank Feed Details (if you have more than 1 bank feed)

Hi Sean,

I have exactly the same problem as Wend1, with unallocated entries in Bank Feed I need removed . Would you kindly also clear these off for me if I was to also send you the individual transactions. I have been on the phone today for 90 minutes with no response.
