Restart bank feed

Hi Everyone,

 

I have somehow messed up my feeds since the inception of using myob. There have been some instances where it has reported my income on 3 occasions....

 

Is there a way that I can clear all data and start a fresh using the same account? How do I fix this?

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! If you wish to move all transactions in bank feeds, our Bank Feeds team can assist by removing them. Please note that they cannot remove specific transactions but can clear all transactions within a provided date range. If you send me a private message with the following information requested below, I can arrange that for you.

    Serial Number

    Company Data File ID

    BSB and Account Number / Last four digits of the Credit Card

    Bank Name
    Start date to remove transactions from: Format yyyy/mm/dd
    End date to remove transactions from: Format yyyy/mm/dd
