Need Help Unable to import bank statements wrong format need to change from PDF to QIF or OFX don't know how

Hi BPK,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! So that you can upload a bank statement into your file the bank statement needs to be downloaded from your Internet banking website and saved as a .QIF or OFX file. If you're unsure how to do this, it is recommended to speak to your banking institution or check their website.
