Syncing bank transactions

Hi, haven't been able to sync to my ANZ business account for the last 10 days, working when I set MYOB lite up and Link to Anz ok but nothing comes over since. Any ideas to help would be greatly appr...

I am having this problem with the CBA? How often is the sync supposed to happen?

    Hi des_tropicalag,

     

    There haven’t been any reported CBA bank-feed delays at the moment. CBA bank feeds are listed as updating daily, so they’re not designed to sync instantly after every transaction. You can check the available feed methods and delivery frequency here: MYOB bank feeds. If the issue continues, you can also reach out to our support team via the Contact Us page so they can check what seems to be happening on their end.
