Transaction matched in bank feed cannot be found in bank reconciliation

Thanks for your post.

 

Have you selected the statement dates to be the same as your bankfeeds dates? If so, could you please add a screenshot that included the date up to the date of the transaction in your bank feed (20/01/2022).

    Hi Yanike_S ,

     

    Of course, the statement dates is same as my bank feed date. Please help to check so that I can rec the transactions.

    The one missing in bank reconcilition is the $48.99 transaction on 20/1/22. Thanks.

      Hi mabelwmp 

       

      Thanks for the extra information. Could you include all the information of the Reconcile Accounts screen (including the right account and statement date)? I will then be able to investigate this further.
