Transaction matched in bank feed cannot be found in bank reconciliation

Hi ,   I can find a bank transaction in bank feed and have it matched with a bank transfer I made. But that bank transaction cannot be found when I tried to do the bank reconciliation.   I have ...

Hi Mabel,

 

Did you ever get this resolved?  We are having the same issue, but with far more than one transaction missing from our bank reconciliation.

Hi Briony,

 

My case is wrong payment date entered. I just change the date and it appears in bank rec.
