Having the same problem
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know and sorry about the inconvenience here. We're aware of the "something went wrong" error when allocating bank feed transactions, and our team is already onto it and working to fix it as soon as possible. While we get this sorted, you can manually match the transactions as a workaround so things don't grind to a halt. You can also check our Status Hub for the latest updates.

The problem is it won't let me manually match it either. The same message when we try do it manually. Hopefully it's a quick fix :)

The "manual" idea does not work either... so right now, everything has ground to a halt... and support is kicking me out... so no luck there. I really need to get this going as I am heading overseas and want to get my taxes (GST in particular) sorted...been a few days now and no help forthcoming, but the bill from MYOB arrived on time ...
