Hi Kai-MYOB
Thanks for your post. Are those transactions ticked in the Reconcile accounts window? If so, untick them so that they appear in the Bank transactions window for matching.
If they're not ticked, can you provide screenshots of the Bank transactions window and the Reconcile accounts window. Please make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.
