Unable to match an invoice from previous financial year
Hi there,
My customer just made a payment for an invoice which was issued in 2020.
But, I'm unable to match it in "banking" as it is not listed in the transactions section.
Before the upgrading, it was there.
What can I do now?

We have released an update version, 2020.2.1 which will resolve this issue.
You will need to uninstall the current version, download 2020.2 from your my.myob account and then reinstall.
Once installed you can check that you have the latest version by opening AccountRight and going to Help>>About MYOB AccountRight>>Build.
