Uncategorised Transactions

My Bank Transactions feed shows there are 3 Uncategorised Transactions, however, the Out of Balance is $0.  There are no 'Uncategorised Transactions' showing when I click on that link.  I've changed ...

Hi JKH,

 

There is a possibility it could be a glitch. I recommend filtering the window from an older year say from around 2000 to the current date to see if shows any transactions at all. If you still can't find the three transactions, it might be best to create a support ticket from the My Account window so it may be troubleshooter more.

Thanks Genreve. I’ve used the filters back to last year, which is when I started using MYOB. Up until last week there were 0 Uncategorised (I’m one of those people that update MYOB every day!)  so I think it must just be an annoying glitch. Hopefully it will right itself.

    It sounds like the system may just need a moment to refresh. Sometimes these things sort themselves out, but if it doesn't clear up soon or you notice anything unusual, you can reach out to our live chat agents through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.
