That does sound odd. If the transactions are showing as hidden in the reconciliation screen, that would stop them from reconciling.
If these are hidden bank transactions, try this:
- Go to Banking > Reconcile accounts
- Set the filter to All
- Find the transaction and untick it
- Click Save progress
- Go back to Bank transactions and refresh the page
That should bring the transaction back so you can match it. If it’s still greyed out or still not showing, contact support by creating a ticket in My Account so they can check the file. Alternatively, you can reach out by connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
