Unknown entries appeared on Bank Feed

Hi there, I have 2 entries appearing on our bank feed that do not appear on our bank statement.  The entries are for 19 January 2025. The description is Principal Debit Adjustment for 1 of them, and...

    It would be best to direct your concern to the bank feed team. I recommend reaching out to the support team for assistance to do this. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
