Westpac Air & Myob integration

I just tested the tap to  pay with Westpac Eftpos Air

 

Excellent system.

 

I can understand why MYOB wants to reinvent the wheel and probably take a clip on the ticket on the way through but this system is already working. Its also very quick.

Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough product information on our side as forum moderators to give a reliable answer on why Westpac Air doesn’t integrate directly with MYOB.

 

The only information we have relates to Westpac bank feed integration.

That would be awesome if there was a way to directly connect Westpac Air to your file. Westpac Air is Westpac’s own tap-to-pay app, so it doesn’t connect directly to MYOB.

 

The payment would usually go to your Westpac bank account first. If that account is connected to MYOB with bank feeds, the transaction can then come through into MYOB for matching.
