Item No will not print on Purchase Order

Hi

I can not seem to get the item numbers to print on the Purchase Order's. So our suppliers are always phoning for the code.

I have read a few forums but can't understand how to clear the cache as suggested.

I have attached copies of the problem to this query.

Can someone from MYOB Support please help me.

Thank you.

Hayley

  • Hi Hayley76 , in AccountRight, the default layout of the purchase order form includes the supplier item number not yours. So you probably need to customise your purchase order form, right-click the table, choose Show/Hide columns, and hide that field (called Item No.) and show the one called My Item No. You may need to drag the column header across to the correct position in the table.

    Hi Hayley76,

It looks like you're using AccountRight. When this issue occurs, the solution is to clear your AccountRight cache. Please see this post for detailed steps on clearing your AccountRight cache: Clearing the AccountRight Cache
