Item No will not print on Purchase Order

Question

Hi&nbsp;I can not seem to get the item numbers to print on the Purchase Order's. So our suppliers are always phoning for the code.&nbsp;I have read a few forums but can't understand how to clear the cache as suggested.&nbsp;I have attached copies of the problem to this query.&nbsp;Can someone from MYOB Support please help me.&nbsp;Thank you.Hayley
