Item Price change

i want to edit the buying price of an  item.   Error message:   'I sell this item' cannot be edited when an item has been used in a transaction.   I do not use inventory and it is not tic...

Nope, it's still ticked for me and the same error message still persists!

Hi Shayar1,

 

Looks like that error is sticking around, even though you’ve made sure that “I sell this item” is still ticked and you’re getting the same message each time. With that, it's best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount so they take a closer look and help you out.
