Online Item Pricing mismatch

Hi All,

I am using Accountright Premiere and have inventory items loaded with different sale price levels.

The customers also have volume discounts loaded.

When I key a sales order in the desktop app the pricing is correct as expected, correct sale price level per customer and correct volume discount.

However when I key the order through the Online app it populates the sale price with only the Level A sell price and no volume discounts. I also note when editing products on the online app you are unable to see any of the sale price levels. I can view a sales order on the online app keyed through the desktop version and it reflects all the pricing and discounts correctly so i am not sure why I cant key in correct from the online app?

Help greatly appreciated!

  • Hey BWood,

Thanks for sharing what you’re seeing in AccountRight Premier between the desktop and the online app. If you're referring to the AccountRight browser version, it doesn’t apply custom price levels or volume discounts when you key a new sales order, so it defaults to the Level A sell price. It can still display the correct pricing and discounts for orders that were originally entered in the desktop. As a workaround, any orders that rely on specific price levels or volume discounts are best entered in the desktop app so the pricing rules kick in properly.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

Hi Doreen, I am having the same problem price Levels cannot be set on the browser version. Also price levels set on the desktop version does not propagate when creating an invoice on the browser version. When you have many clients with different price level it is time consuming to create invoices on the desktop (desktop is not a user friendly platform compared to the browser version).

Is there an upgrade version or another software which can do what we want?

I have been trying with MYOB for the past 2 years and kept upgrading without much luck.
