2FA erratic with Business Pro
Not the first time this has happened. The 2TA authorization code via email is either not received or takes such a long time to arrive in the inbox that you try again.
Telstra Bigpond- IMap. Spam & Junk checked and also direct on the server.
Nothing there.
Re-try and the same happens.
Today I eventually received 2FA codes at 10:21, 10:31, 10:33 & 10:36
Eventually, say 30 minutes later, one will arrive but trying to use it states it has expired or already been used (as for the one received at 10:21).
Then, exiting the MYOB web portal for Business Pro and then going back into it, I am already logged in.
This is very frustrating. If MYOB & the ATO require 2FA, then it has to work.
Waiting 30 minutes for a code is unacceptable. As said, it does not always occur.
Overloading of MYOB servers perhaps? If so, then please fix this!
& no, checked the NBN connection & all is ok. Ethernet direct to the router & upload / download rates at spec.
